Responsibilities：
Responsibilities
Solution design: Understand the manufacturing process requirements of customers in electronics factories. Lead the development of technical solutions and equipment configurations for complete SMT lines or standalone systems, including reflow soldering systems, wave soldering systems and printers.
Technical consultation: Join the sales team on customer visits, conduct site surveys and technical discussions, identify challenges such as energy consumption, soldering quality and automation, and provide targeted answers.
Tender management: Prepare, present and answer questions about technical tender documents, and lead the drafting of technical bids.
Communicating value: Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations to demonstrate Keyan's cost-saving, efficiency-enhancing value and Industry 4.0 capabilities to customer management.
Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a bridge between customers and the R&D centre, translating emerging market needs into recommendations for product improvements, such as helping define applications for next-generation sensors.

Industry background: A college diploma or higher in mechanical engineering, automation, electronic engineering or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in the SMT equipment industry. Experience with a reflow soldering, wave soldering or component placement equipment manufacturer or major distributor is preferred.
Technical skills:
Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, from printing through soldering;
Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks for production line layout planning;
Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills are a plus.
Personal skills: Good business judgement and the ability to communicate the commercial value of technology to customers, work under pressure and undertake short business trips.
Additional advantages: Knowledge of MES systems, AGV logistics integration or digital factories and intelligent manufacturing.
