From June 10 to 12, the IDC CIME 2026 Shenzhen International AI Computing Industry Exhibition, the 6th Shenzhen International Data Centre Liquid Cooling Technology Exhibition and the 16th Shenzhen International Thermal Conductivity and Heat Dissipation Materials and Equipment Exhibition concluded successfully at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Centre. Founded in Shenzhen in 2010, Shenzhen Keyan Electromechanical Co., Ltd. provides integrated technologies across electronics manufacturing. 🔹 KEYAN-K8 printer + latest-generation K9 AI intelligent control system: precision and productivity
As a core system in SMT production, the KEYAN-K8 printer is designed for short cycle times and high-quality volume production of consumer electronics, computing motherboards and other precision products.
High precision: Repeat visual alignment accuracy of ±0.01mm and repeat printing accuracy of ±0.025mm prevent misalignment, missing deposits and uneven paste thickness, meeting fine-pitch component printing requirements.
Short cycle time: A printing cycle of ≤8sec/P supports high-volume production, helping customers increase capacity and shorten delivery lead times.
Latest-generation K9 AI intelligent control system: A visual interface and one-touch storage and recall of process parameters make operation easy to learn. Optional features include 2D visual inspection, solder paste level monitoring and 3D SPI, providing full-process printing control for smarter, simpler production.
