Intelligent manufacturing is gaining momentum in Chengdu and Chongqing, revitalising the electronics industry. From July 15 to 17, the 14th China (Western) Electronic Information Expo was held at the Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Centre. Instead of a static display of individual machines, Keyan built a complete, live SMT electronics manufacturing line that recreated factory production conditions at a 1:1 scale. The dynamic demonstration of the full process gave visitors an immersive view of efficient, stable and precise modern electronics manufacturing.
Precision printing at the heart of production
As a core process system in the complete line, the Keyan fully automatic solder paste printer handled solder paste printing throughout the demonstration. A high-definition visual alignment system, adaptive paste-distribution algorithm and stable control system accommodated conventional and irregularly shaped PCBs, addressing missing deposits, poor solder joints, uneven paste thickness and alignment errors.

It addresses gaps in wafer printing automation, including manual handling, low efficiency, alignment errors and insufficient cleanliness. As a key booth highlight, it attracted semiconductor companies, R&D engineers and procurement teams for detailed discussions.
Full automation and micro- and nanoscale precision control
To meet semiconductor wafer manufacturing requirements for high precision, cleanliness, consistency and damage-free processing, repeated structural improvements and algorithm development have integrated automatic loading, precise alignment, mounting and printing, automatic unloading and intelligent inspection into a fully automatic closed-loop workflow without manual intervention. A precision drive structure and high-definition visual positioning system provide micro- and nanoscale alignment accuracy, with uniform, controlled coatings that adhere closely without offsets or scratches. The system supports precision printing on semiconductor wafers, chip micro- and nanodevices and precision ceramic substrates.
