The equipment follows the standard sequence of flux spraying, preheating, wave soldering and cooling. A dual-wave system with turbulent and smooth waves addresses shadowing and through-hole filling, with solder joint shear strength of ≥30N. Precise temperatures, preheating at 90-150°C and a solder bath at 245-260°C, combined with 3-5 seconds of contact time, maintain flux activity and prevent secondary damage to SMT components.
Suitable for power supply boards, automotive electronic modules and similar products, it supports mixed SMT+THT processes and selective flux spraying. A conveyor speed of 1.2-3.0m/min supports high-volume production, with a solder joint pass rate of ≥99.98%. Online solder monitoring, precise flux control and fault alarms simplify operation.
